Rewards Program Policy

NOTE: Our rewards program has been temporarily taken down till early January while we change plans with the provider, however all rewards are still redeemable. Please contact us at info@themerchguild.com and we can let you know your balance and facilitate redemption. Once the rewards program is back online in Jan, all rewards from the previous system will be active in the new system under your user account for anyone who has an existing rewards balance.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Rewards Program ("Rewards Program", "Quest Board" or any other name we may adopt) allows participants to earn points ("Guild Coins", "Points" or any other name we may adopt) through qualifying actions and redeem them for rewards. Points, currently referred to as "Guild Coins," represent a non-monetary currency earned through eligible activities. We reserve the right to rename or rebrand points and the Program at any time without notice. Membership is open to individuals over 18 years of age with an active account. Only one account per person is allowed.

EARNING POINTS
Points are earned through specified actions, such as signing up, placing orders, referrals, and social media interactions. Actions qualifying for points and the rate of accrual are subject to change without notice. Points will be credited within 7 business days of completing a qualifying action.

REDEEMING POINTS
Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards listed on the Program's page, subject to availability. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Redemption options and their terms may change at our discretion.

AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY
We cannot guarantee that specific items, such as t-shirts or other merchandise, or collections of items will be available at the time of point redemption. Items offered as rewards are subject to availability, and inventory may rotate or be discontinued without prior notice.

EXPIRATION AND INACTIVITY
Points expire two (2) years from the date they are earned. Accounts inactive for 12 months or longer may be deactivated, resulting in forfeiture of all unused points.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to modify, rename, suspend, or terminate the Program, including point names, earning rates, and redemption methods, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the updated terms and conditions.

Should the Program be terminated, please contact us at info@themerchguild.com for redemption of any existing point balance that has yet to expire.

FRAUD AND ABUSE
Fraudulent activities, misuse, or attempts to manipulate the Program will result in account termination and forfeiture of points. We may audit accounts and investigate suspicious activity at our discretion.

LIMITATIONS
Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not liable for technical errors or interruptions that may affect point accrual or redemption.
